Dopo la grande lotta dei minatori, in Romania sono ripresi i traffici anti-operai della borghesia e del suo governo
Notizia del 1 febbraio: Il Britten-Norman Group, appartenente alla Biofarm, Inc. ha acquisito dallo Stato rumeno il 73 per cento della Romaero.
La Romaero SA è una impresa di costruzione e manutenzione di aerei commerciali e da carico, da tempo molto apprezzata nel mondo aeronautico. Il Britten-Norman group intende investire altri 60 milioni di dollari per potenziare le sue capacità produttive e sondare la possibilità di costruzione di nuovi grandi cargo. "Può produrre il doppio di quanto oggi produce" ha detto il top manager della Britten-Norman. E c'è da credergli. Magari con meno operai degli attuali 1250. Altra dichiarazione sinificativa: " Con gli enormi vantaggi sul costo del lavoro e le dimostrate capacità di produrre, crediamo che la Romaero può procurare una sostenuta crescita alla Britten-Norman". Ma guarda un po'; e magari facendo a meno di un po' di personale a casa (Gran Bretagna).
È del 3 febbraio invece la notizia dell'avvio di un'altra acquisizione del 70 per cento di una grande impresa rumena. Stavolta si tratta della fabbrica di vagoni ferroviari Astra Vagoane che verrà acquisita dalla americana Trinity, con base a Dallas (Usa) nel quadro delle sue strategie di penetrazione in Europa. Anche qui, il basso costo del lavoro, ovvero la fame per i lavoratori rumeni è condizione degli affari predatori del grande capitale metropolitano.
